Goal:

 Create a validated genealogical reference book, and publish in digital and paper format.

Methodology:
  1. Enlist other people in the genealogical community that share the same interest, and are willing to participate in the project
  2. Collect the information.  Long form birth, death and marriage certificates, public records, wills, copies of family Bible pages, Family photographs & Tintypes, etc
  3. Analysis of the materials that are collected, and a dialogue on what materials to include in the reference
  4. Publish in digital format, a preliminary book, for critical review.
    (I expect that two books will be necessary, an abbreviated version and a comprehensive version.)
